At OMONO, we stand firmly behind our product and customers. And this is exactly why our guarantee is simple. If for any reason you don’t absolutely love our product within 60 days of the delivery date, simply send it back to us. We shall issue a full refund of your purchase price within 2 working days upon receiving your return^, and that is our promise.
We accept returns even if you’ve opened and used your product. We do ask that the customer cover the return shipping costs and your product must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
Please contact orders@omonocare.com to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) before sending back your purchase for a refund.
